Over the years I have created a variety of chocolate sculptures, exploring different styles, techniques and designs.

Giant 5 foot tall white, dark and milk chocolate sculpture based on the Albert Bridge in London. The tower of white chocolate has four tiers with white columns and gold decorated rings all lit up by white fairy lights for a 5th anniversary. The column sits of a bridge with the couples names in 3 inch tall milk chocolate letters and a delicate bridge decoration – as seen on Channel 4’s Extreme Chocolate Makers TV show

a big dark, milk and white chocolate showpiece based on a four-tiered wedding cake. Each tier is decorated with wedding elements of flowers, doves, filigree patterns and there are lots of milk, white and dark chocolate hearts, not to mention the stag horns on the very top. All lit up by white fairy lights. The tiers are held up by a dark chocolate spine of discs. Standing at nearly 3 foot tall, it weighed 15kgs.

We’re always happy to take on commissions for special occasions – as you can tell – we can make almost anything in chocolate! – However – do note that these creations can take many weeks to create and need plenty of planning and a decent budget!
